- Augustus discovers the existence of Onggu the Omnivorous in Romania, draining energy from local power plants.[1]
- A few months later, some other scientific discovery in Malaysia, was enough to get Dr. Furst on the cover of Time magazine.[1]

- Dr. Furst battled Space Spiders in Cyprus.[4]
1995
Early/Mid November:
- Stopped the Unholy Alliance's attack on Binderbeck Plaza. [5]
1996
Early January:
- Along with the Black Rapier helped vanquish Wotan in Chicago. [6]
September:
- Helped defend Astro City during Thunderhead's attack on the city. [7]
November 10:
- Defeated the Silver Brain after he escaped from the Mento-Verse using the Gorilla Swarm as his troops. They later had to repair the rift to keep the dimension closed. [3]
