Penny Bright

A teenager with a comic book based upon her from Neet Comics, who disappeared at some point.

According to 1950s Tillie Armstrong, she doesn't age.

It's unknown what happened to her, but according to Sally Twinings, after Penny disappeared "the comic stories turned into formula crap."
One of her comics shows up in Astro City #5 on the Broken Man's wall. What relevance it may have to the Broken Man or the Oubor is unknown.
