- Agrees to be the person to travel back in time to help prevent the wasteland Earth has become. The journey through time exposes him to the Empyrean Fire, granting him great powers and abilities, and lands him at his destination...[1]

January 28:
- Saves the Challenger from exploding in his public debut.[2][3][4]
1995[edit]
August 8:[5]
- Stopped a tsunami in the Philippines.
- Thwarted a Pyramid assassination attempt in Turkey.
- Dealt with a chronal rift out of Stuttgart.
- Stops a runaway bus in mid-town.
- Thwarted Dr. Saturday's attack on Denver City Hall.
- Dealt with giant single-celled organisms on the loose at Fox-Broome University.
- Took part in an Honor Guard meeting and with the group broke up a robbery by the Menagerie Gang.
- Stopped a Biro Island jailbreak.
- Helped raise the Sea Blaze, a ship sunk of the coast of Florida in 1665 for the Maritime Museum.
- Rescued a kitten out of a tree.
- Rescued the mayor of Boston from kidnapping and saves people from a crumbling building.
- Attends an banquet by the Astro City Firefighters Association and gets a plaque from them. During the dinner, excuses himself twice to deal with crises.
- Defeated The Living Nightmare and had to do damage control after the fight.
September/October:
- Battled the Iron Horde with Winged Victory and possibly Jack-in-the-Box. Also possibly could have been with Honor Guard as well.[6]
1996[edit]
September:
- Put the Iron Legion out of commission.[7]
- Later that night alongside other heroes helped defend Astro City against Thunderhead's attack. Samaritan was responsible for rescuing Helia.[8]
1997[edit]
Late April or Early May:
- Rescued a bus full of third graders.[9]
Mid-July:
- Helped patrol areas around Shadow Hill while searching for the Shadow Hill Killer.[10]
August 3:
- Helps The Unclean defeat a bunch of rat-like creatures in New Delhi.[11]
Late September/Early October:
- Stops Tidal Waif from flooding Honolulu.[12]

June/July:
- Reapprehended Glowworm after he had attacked the Astro City Comicon.[14]
- Fought with White Lightning three times while he was robbing medical warehouses and hospitals across the country.[15]
2001[edit]
January:
- Fought with King Missile after he attacked Fox-Broome University Stadium.[16]
December:
- Fought with Glowworm in Goldwater Heights.[17]
2003[edit]
April:
- Tangled with Tentacus over the Wildenberg River.[18]
2008[edit]
July 4:
- Threw out the first pitch at the annual Frontiersman Memorial Baseball Game at Schwartz Field.
2013[edit]
June 5?:
- Along with other heroes of Astro City and E.A.G.L.E. troops, investigated and attempted to open The Doors which appeared over the Gaines River. Also made first contact with Telseth.[19]
- During an Honor Guard conflict with Kroseth the Invader, the team spared Samaritan to go deal with another crisis solo, the Skullcrushers' attempted robbery of the cruiser Sea Princess. ("Welcome to HumanoGlobal")
Unknown Dates[edit]
- Returned to the 35th Century after a battle with Eterneon. Happened prior to January 1996.[20]
- Sometime prior to October 1996, tossed the Silver Brain into the Mento-verse. [21]
- Defeated and thought to have destroyed the Chessmen armor. Prior to Summer 1998.[22]
- During the Forgotten Time Crisis, was at some point unmade and disappeared from the timestream.[23]
- Has fought with his arch-enemy Infidel many times over the course of various timestreams in his attempt to rule our world. After destroying the world entire, they eventually came to a hard truce and realization that they can never destroy the other and settle for a once a year meal together.[24]
