The Aqua-Knights
A group of at least three armored warriors of a future Earth in which much of the Earth is sunken under water. With the help of a time-traveling Silver Agent they helped to reverse the process of a flooded world.

They ride large mutated seahorse creatures.

It's possible that a singular individual is called the Aqua-Knight and the other members have their own unique codenames.
