Oops. Thanks for the catch there Yiding. I was obviously up way to late last night trying to get all this rolled out just before or with the new issue.

I am working not just on a new main page layout, but also supporting infrastructure so it will be easier for people to edit going forward. Now that I am mainly happy with the layout, next major step is burying all the tables and other HTML that effects the layout.

There are still some mechanics that are giving me trouble (like setting a different color for headings) but what is in play now will at least allow for deployment of the new layout and content.
