Lord Talon

An internationally known crime lord of the 1960s who was the father of Bamboo.

History

His daughter in the early 1970s moved to Astro City in order to expand the his criminal empire. However after many open clashes with the heroes and her apparent romance with the Black Rapier eventually put a strain on their relationship, to the point that their forces often were fighting one another by the mid 1970s.
