History Ruiz was orphaned thanks to gang violence that claimed his parents lives in the Los Angeles barrios. He was taken in by El Hombre and trained as his sidekick. Equipment A skilled acrobat/fighter who wields a bolo, both as weapon and acrobatic aid. In his adult years as a superhero, he moved on to some manner of bolo-firing wrist device. Observations Ruiz currently serves as a detective in Astro City and maintains contact with the current Irregulars.
