Spice

A dominatrix-like, whip-wielding member of the Unholy Alliance who was previously partnered with Sugar.

She doesn't seem to possess any powers. She uses a whip and would seems to have hand to hand fighting skills.

She blames the police department of Astro City for the death of Sugar.
