Since he's just a mentioned reference civilian, would he be better put on the List of Civilians rather than his own page? I've taken your cue JB and created it like you had thought and talked about, for civilians who serve just a name reference and weren't a point of view or a government official,etc. --Astrozac (talk) 15:00, 12 May 2014 (PDT)
