HistoryIn September 1972 they attacked Astro City from the sewers.
Speculations, TheoriesThey are possibly the same race as the Gnomes or an off shoot of each other. In their appearance in Kurt Busiek's Astro City Vol.2 #9, it does appear as though there are two different sizes of the beings.
