Stormhawk A former Honor Guard member. Powers Bearing physical characteristics that can clearly be described as avian, Stormhawk, unsurprisingly perhaps, can fly. His two large arm-wings are more than capable of sweeping him through the high, thin air. He also possesses electricity/lightning powers of some kind. Observations According to the backmatter of the second Dark Age collection, he is a relative of E.A.G.L.E. boss Flannery Hawk and he does have a human form. When human, his wings become designs running on his costume's sleeves, suggesting that the costume itself is in some way key to the transformation. According to an online interview with Kurt Busiek, Stormhawk's death held "cosmic significance," in a story he'd like to tell one day.
