Mister Badd

A paranormal hero of Detroit, Michigan in the 1970s.

History

Along with Street Angel, Mister Badd, helped break Barbara Vane out of Dr. Lewis Croft's experiment which later turned her into Black Velvet. He also capture Oswald "Massacre" Morton in early 1977.
