1968

April 7:
- Exposed WhamCo's involvement with providing weapons to criminals and international military despots. [1]
1976
September 9:
- Defeated Morningstar and captured seven leaders of organized crime. [1]
1983
October 14:
- After battling The Weirdies, who were working for the Underlord, for weeks, the battle came to an end on Torres Island with a trap. Managing to get the hostages away, Jack-in-the-Box ended being killed by a bomb. [2]
Jack-in-the-Box II
1989
May 5:
- Stopped a gang war between the Tantorelli and Kajosz Mobs in his public debut. [2]
1995
August 7 or early 8:
- Captures the Brass Monkey.[3]
October:
1996
July/Late Summer:
- Battled with the Razorhawks. [5]
September:
- During Thunderhead's attack on the city, helped stop numerous small time crooks using the attack as a distraction for robberies.[6]
1997
Early August:
- While on patrol, was thought to have been killed by police over the Gaines River.[7]
