Cleopatra

Cleopatra can refer to two different heroes:

• Cleopatra (Original), one of the founding members of Honor Guard, she debuted in the 1950s.
  
• Cleopatra (Sarah Brandeis), despite her powers being bestowed without her consent, Sarah went on to become one of Astro City's most distinguished and respected heroes.

"There have been at least two Cleopatras, both heroines armed with a mystic staff of power. The first, debuting in the late Fifties, was a petite blonde. Her successor, active today, is a statuesque black woman. The first did not appear to be super-strong, while the second definitely is."
