The Hanged Man

A strange and mysterious being, the Hanged Man stands a nightly vigil over the neighborhood known as Shadow Hill, guarding the inhabitants of the area. It is unknown what his origins may be, but it is possible that he is somehow tied into the rituals and superstitions of Shadow Hill. It is generally believed that he either does not or cannot leave Shadow Hill. (In fact, he will leave Shadow Hill, but it appears that he only does so when he is the only one able to handle the problem, and the problem may affect Shadow Hill.) [edit] Vital Statistics

The Hanged Man appears to be a ghost or spirit with immense power, like the Spectre.

It's mentioned by K.O. Carson that he's been around longer than Air Ace, and there have in fact been accounts of him since the Middle Ages throughout Europe. [edit] Appearance List
