Kiefer Square
Kiefer Square is a neighborhood located towards the southern area of Chesler. It is tucked east of Sekowsky Street and southwest of Heck Avenue. Home to Steeljack and an odd assortment of minor, but rather colorful blue collar villains. Some of them have developed interesting, even quirky super powers.
