HistoryNothing is known about the Oubor. NOTHING! Broken Man refers to the Oubor as an 'it' and he seems to be the only one aware of the Oubor's existence. Of course, this assumes that the Broken Man's grasp of reality approaches normal. Limited information leaves lots of room for broad assumptions. For now, only future issues of Astro City can provide more insight regarding the level of threat that the Oubor truly represents.
