His operation is hardly obsolete or stuck in the past, however; he makes extensive use of advanced machines and technology, and he himself is either a robot or a man suited in powered armor. A key tool in his arsenal is Omniac, a robot or machine of some kind. History In 1972 he battled with Kaspian outside Astro City's City Hall. Speculations, Theories It's not known for sure whether he is a human underneath the armor or some sort of robot himself.
