Black Rapier prevented from using the Contact Matrix
* KBAC TV3 reports confrontation in front of the Astro City Museum of Modern History/Art Reporter directly reports Black Rapier as being the leader of Honor Guard Report mentions the front of Modern History, but the next panel shows them in front of Modern Art musem Rapier wanted to use the Contact Matrix Anonymous E.A.G.L.E. troopers (two pictured) blocked his entrance.
