American Chibi[edit]She's loud, she's super-strong, she's naive and innocent. She's a do-gooder, she's energetic, but mainly she's just LOUD! She's relatively new to the Astro City super-hero scene, but despite(or because of) her naivety, she is proving to be a very accomplished doer of good deeds. Her powers source from her mystic hair scrunchies, and that's just part of her strange and perplexing origin. All that aside, she is becoming a well known fixture. Her solo adventures are making headlines, and her involvement with high profile peers like Samaritan, Honor Guard, and others is impressive. She's got spunk! |
