The Northside Communities

Neighborhoods © Juke Box Productions Rensie Avenue, where traditional kosher butchers and pickle men share space with trendy vintage-clothing shops and used bookstores, divides Fass Gardens and Derbyfield. These two bedroom communities house many of the young white-collar workers and elderly retirees of the city, and offer a cornucopia of funky shopping, dining and clubbing choices. Derbyville, by the way, is an ambitious lower-income housing project in Derbyfield, one that has seen prouder days.
