The tombstone for the deceased boy that Carl kills reads 1952-1966, placing Carl being born around that time. - Technically, both Local Heroes and Tarnished Angel are out of print. Amazon is only listing copies available from secondary sellers. We could still do a link to the "common" Amazon page for those books. I'm not blocking them because of their unique layouts.
