The Time-Keeper A genius in the field of temporal science, the Time-Keeper used his brilliance to embark on a life of crime in the early 1940's. History Well ahead of his time, his inventions and discoveries were able to manipulate time itself. The design of his costume was heavily influenced by the distinctive outfit of a sports referee. For at least a few of his capers, he organized and employed a small group of henchman called the Tempus Fugitives. Frustrated with the seemingly endless number of heroes coming onto the scene, he devised a way to travel back in time and prevent the heroes from being born. After succeeding in creating a device to transport to the chronal realm, he engaged Eterneon in a massive battle that warped time itself.
