Mr. Smartie Notes: this page is a recovery operation, consisting of cut-and-paste notes from an internet archive site, most likely the WayBack Machine. It needs formatting to the new character templates, and other fix-ups.

The Jackson

The Jackson is the son of Jack-In-The-Box from a possible future timeline in which The Wasting occurred. While still an infant, his father was killed in the line of duty, and he was taken and raised by the Brothers of Trouble. He was indoctrinated into the ways of their cult, and his body was scientifically altered to be the ultimate fighting machine, so that he could carry on his father's legacy.

He is merciless in his pursuit of criminals, perfectly willing to kill. Contents [hide]

When he visited Jack-in-the-Box in Astro City, he believed that Jack-In-The-Box was too lenient with the criminals he caught. Jack-In-The-Box confronted his son, along with another alternate reality son, a fanatic vigilante known as The Box, and defeated them in a fight. While the Jackson and The Box were being held by the police, they traveled back to their own dimensions, promising that they would be back with a vengeance. Jack-In-The-Box was also visited by another one of his sons, Jerome Johnson, who was a peaceful physicist, showing Jack-In-The-Box that some of the possible futures turned out for the better instead of the worse.
