The Toymaker An ambitious supervillain and technological genius, the Toymaker commits his crimes using high-tech machines and gadgets designed in the form of toys. Physically, he very much resembles the children's book image of the kindly old toymaker, right down to the various arts and crafts tools kept on his person. History In 1969 he kidnapped Beautie, intending to duplicate her and use an army of super-powered Beautie dolls to take over the country. He was unable to duplicate Beautie and used a number of other toys to do his bidding, but he was defeated by Honor Guard before he could reach the U.S. Capitol.
