He and Quarrel II helped the Assemblyman II try to disrupt and penetrate the villains' shields. ("Mistakes") PowersHe has the ability to shrink down in size to the smallest fraction of a normal adult's, not even half a foot in height. EquipmentHis flying vehicle serves as both his primary weapon and transport. The vehicle is equipped with "venom-bursts" that can serve a variety of functions, including stunning enemies and melting steel.
