Flannery Hawk

The former commander of E.A.G.L.E. who turned away from being the Air Force Chief of Staff to take the position.

According to the second Dark Age collection, he is a relative of Stormhawk.

Based upon his age in 1982, its possible he was the first leader of E.A.G.L.E., though it is not known when the group was officially founded.
