-To get the bullet - the splat(*) has to be at the start of the line. Which it is here, so that looks like a problem with the semantic parser and/or the template. It might be awhile before this bug gets fixed.
-However, I did do what I feel is punctuation correction here.   Using both the '''bullet''' and the '''bold marking''' seem redundant, and I am biased towards using bullets as little as possible.
-Please note the documentation comments for the [[Template:Character_infobox2|infobox2 template]]. Especially the part about the image parameter.
