A Chicago, Illinois based hero who helped defend the city during the Enelsian Invasion.

He was also on the trail of Steeljack in 1998 when the supervillain was on the run in Chicago.

The Untouchable has some sort of phasing power.

The Untouchable's name comes from The Untouchables, Elliot Ness' police squad who brought down Al Capone in Chicago during the 1930s.
