At one point in the past he kidnapped Beautie, intending to duplicate her and use an army of super-powered Beautie dolls to take over the country. He was unable to duplicate Beautie and used a number of other toys to do his bidding, but he was defeated by Honor Guard before he could reach the U.S. Capitol.
