Black Rapier prevented from using the Contact Matrix
* KBAC TV3 reports confrontation in front of the Astro City Museum of Modern History/Art Reporter directly states the Black Rapier as being the leader of Honor Guard Reporter mentions the front of Modern History, but the next panel shows them in front of Modern Art museum (so for now, the assumption is that the buildings are next to each other) Rapier wanted to use the Contact Matrix Anonymous E.A.G.L.E. troopers (two pictured) block Rapier's entrance.
