Powers According to 1950s Tillie Armstrong, she doesn't age. Speculations, Theories It's unknown what happened to her, but according to Sally Twinings, after Penny disappeared "the comic stories turned into formula crap." One of her comics shows up in Astro City #5 as one of the Broken Man's artifacts. What relevance it may have to him or the Oubor is unknown.
