Speculations, Theories It's unknown what happened to her, but according to Sally Twinings, after Penny disappeared "the comic stories turned into formula crap." One of her comics shows up in Astro City #5 on the Broken Man's wall. What relevance it may have to the Broken Man or the Oubor is unknown.
