However, though the hero was clinically dead, he revived on the autopsy table. Eight years later, defense attorney Vince Oleck used this and other super-crime stories to establish reasonable doubt in a murder trial. The victim had been autopsied by the same man who examined Supersonic; Oleck argued that one couldn't be 100% sure the victim was truly dead.
