It was his hand that gave superpowers to various criminals, including the gravity-manipulating Gravitar, the Steel-Jacketed Man (aka Steeljack), Aubrey Jason, and others. He was an agent of PYRAMID at one point, for whom he created the Dynamoid drones. By the mid-80s, his health had greatly deteriorated, to the point where an electric wheelchair and oxygen tank were his constant companions. History Aubrey Jason had been funneling money to Ganss sometime during the early 80s and Jason came to him wanting real power after being hounded by the two Williams Brothers in 1984. He had been taking homeless from the streets of Las Vegas and turning them into Dynamoids or troops for the Iron Colonel. Speculations, Theories It's unknown if he had any connection to Dr. Lewis Oscar Croft who was doing similar experiments with super powered enforcers for crime lords during similar time frames.
