The Oubor History Nothing is known about the Oubor. NOTHING! Broken Man refers to the Oubor as an 'it' and he seems to be the only one aware of the Oubor's existence. Of course, this assumes that the Broken Man's grasp of reality approaches normal. Limited information leaves lots of room for broad assumptions.
