Talk:K.O. Carson

Mr. Smartie Notes: This is just a mental marker to remember that I have some outline notes on my home computer, but they still need work before uploading here. I intent for this page to focus on the civilian side K.O. Carson, his bar, his status now, 20 years after the Confessor arc. So this includes a lot of questions and speculation. The Black Badge page will focus on the super-hero perspective of the character, augment, not so much repeat what I cover here.
