Not sure I follow or concur with the rationale here. Why do you feel they are an unknown alignment? --Infobroker (talk) 13:06, 29 July 2014 (PDT)

I just wasn't sure which of the two groups was the best fit and didn't want to leave it "orphaned" without a category until whenever I or someone else got back around to it. They aren't a team or group of heroes. They are made of up ordinary women, but there is a slight supernatural bent to them. I guess I see the Unknown category as a place to put characters or groups that would fall into Other or Misc. --Astrozac (talk) 22:46, 29 July 2014 (PDT)
Hmmm... their combined forces, whatever they are are used to enhance and are the source of Winged Victory's powers. I see no confusion about the alignment of them. Maybe they aren't heroes directly, but I see them aligned heroically. I suppose a group of the more bitter members could go rogue, perhaps stage a coup, but until something like that actually happens I don't see a problem with them being marked heroic.
I would frown on Unknown being thought of as a catcher for miscellaneous. It's made more for characters like the Ourbor. --Infobroker (talk) 10:17, 6 August 2014 (PDT)
Then I'd probably see them listed more as a Civilian Group than a team. Not calling them non-heroic, but more along the lines of E.A.G.L.E. They are a wide bodied in number group, with only a handful of actual members known. I see teams as more of a collection of heroes, where we know the names of the individual members. --Astrozac (talk) 22:46, 6 August 2014 (PDT)

I concur that the Categories like Heroes/Villians ... listed to the right, are great for having links to very specific characters and places. Given that there are hints of people with extra powers(Meg and Oracle) and "spirits" with this particular group, maybe it is best not to try to pigeon-hole this Council at all. There are lots of greys with this page and many others within the confines of Astro City. I'm leaning towards letting a page like this just "float" and not worry about where it should be categorized.--Infobroker (talk) 12:20, 7 August 2014 (PDT)
I've mentioned before that I see teams as teams, hero, villain or otherwise, something that I reinforced with the initial set of guidelines I pieced together when Seth and I brought Herocopia back online last summer. But I didn't/haven't enforced that rigorously. It's ok the way things have slewed here, but for clarity sake for casual readers I am leaning towards qualifying that category to say "Heroic Teams" and then add 'Villainous Groups' to the sidebar. You OK with that? --Infobroker (talk) 12:34, 7 August 2014 (PDT)
