HistoryIn 1974, he brainwashed Street Angel with mind control to get him to perform a number of robberies, making it look like the hero was turning bad. The Street Angel eventually managed to capture Brainfever. PowersHe has the ability to mind control people. ObservationsHe has a smaller stature and body, but an enormous cranium likely the source of his powers and possibly extra level intelligence.
