Ironhorse

Ironhorse, the Human Locomotive, a hero of the past. His adventures are the stuff of legend.

History

His earliest missions were focused on protecting the railroads and the Chinese laborers. The former from bandits and the latter from the railroad labor bosses. In 1887, Ironhorse was present at the Attack of the Howling Dead, a ghostly stampede of bison and countless Indian warriors.

Today he can still be spotted in and around Astro City. Usually at a bit more relaxing environment like perhaps Bruiser's bar, arm-wrestling with Rex Zorus of the First Family. Wait a minute, did I say relaxing?

Powers

His strength levels are on par with upper echelon powerhouses like Rex Zorus, Cleopatra and the Living Nightmare.

Speculations, Theories

The Broken Man's Wall is a patchwork of clues, histories, characters of interest, and other hodge-podge relating to the Oubor mystery. For instance, in Astro City #5, Ironhorse is featured on the cover of a Wonder Science Western magazine. The precise reason for it being there is unknown. Chances are high that it might relate to the tale the Broken Man tells of Ironhorse teaming with Mister Cakewalk to protect railroad workers from strike-breakers.
