I would strongly suggest and greatly encourage referencing the issue and if possible the page number for each entry on these lists. It will make it easier for others to expand/edit/fact check and for readers to have additional context.

I played around with it some, not sure the best way to make it look. Can we do footnotes?
Will help when we get issue pages set up and go from there. I've got some notes and on the discussion page of 1:1 for issue templates, design, and naming...
