A strange and mysterious being, the Hanged Man stands a nightly vigil over the neighborhood known as Shadow Hill, guarding the inhabitants of the area. It is unknown what his origins may be, but it is possible that he is somehow tied into the rituals and superstitions of Shadow Hill. It is generally believed that he either does not or cannot leave Shadow Hill.
