Forgione Mob
HistoryThe group came into the public light in 1974 after Junior's son, Richard Forgione, was on trial for the murder of Lisette Palais. Attorney Vince Oleck unleashed the infamous superhero defense that shifted jury sentiment leading to Richie being found not guilty. Their triumph was short-lived, as both Forgiones were soon found murdered, presumably by The Blue Knight, which shattered the mob organization.
ObservationsThere was an associate named Nick DiPreta who advised them to hire the law firm of Grant, Miller, Healy and Valada for Richie's case.
FootnotesForgione is a reference to artist Bob Forgione.
