El Hombre convinced the Assemblyman to create a robot to terrorize the people of Los Angeles, intending to save them and win their adoration.

However, Assemblyman double-crossed him, and El Hombre was unable to stop the robot. Instead, it went on a rampage, killing civilians and destroying property. It was eventually defeated by Honor Guard, who then traced it back to Assemblyman, who confessed his part in El Hombre's scheme. [edit] Speculations, Observations and Theories

Having just been released from jail when El Hombre found him in late 1972, Assemblyman is quite likely to have been active during the late 1960s or even earlier. [edit] Appearances
