He also possesses some form of electrically based power that mimics lightning or is possibly directly sourced from those very storms. Observations According to backstory material presented in the Dark Age Story Arc, he is a relative of E.A.G.L.E. boss, Flannery Hawk. When in human form, his wings become designs running down his costume's sleeves, suggesting that the costume is part of the transformation process to a super-human. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and parlayed a talent for genetic research into a notable amount of money - enough for a custom-built house on the outskirts of Astro City. Speculations, Theories When he died, a bird skeleton was floating next to a human skeleton. This suggests that Christopher's transformation to Stormhawk was based on merging with a bird, possibly the hawk he had named Lightning. This was later confirmed when details about the Bonding Amulet were revealed when G-Dog became an active super-hero.
