- Tangled with the Steel-Jacketed Man presumably for the first of many times.[2]

- Exposed WhamCo's involvement with providing weapons to criminals and international military despots. [1]
1972
Mid-October:
- Broke up a gang robbing an armored car, which included Royal Williams.[3]
1973
Late February:
- Caught Richard Forgione trafficking drugs.[4]
Spring:
- Helped defend Astro Ciy during Madame Majestrix's Invasion.[5]
1976
September 9:
- Defeated Morningstar and captured seven leaders of organized crime. [1]
1977
Late January:
- Defeated Bamboo's men, who were fighting with the Shaders, under the employment of The Deuce in a heroin turf war. Alongside Hellhound fought with the Shaders, before Jitterjack stepped in.[6]
- The next day, alongside with Energy Brown, was trying to stop a gang battle between a group of the Shaders and the Gunbirds.[7]
- A day or two later alongside other heroes and vigilantes, helped the Silver Agent dispel the violence after Black Velvet's energy fell upon the city.[8]

April 8:

- Captured a gang of diamond thieves.[10]
1983
October 13:
- After battling The Weirdies, who were working for the Underlord, for weeks, the battle came to an end on Torres Island with a trap. Managing to get the hostages away, Jack-in-the-Box ended being killed by a bomb. [11]

- Stopped a gang war between the Tantorelli and Kajosz Mobs in his public debut. [11]

- Captures the Brass Monkey.[13]

- Fought the Iron Horde at some point. This is likely date and the same time Samaritan mentioned he and Winged Victory had mentioned.[14]
October:

July/Late Summer:
- Battled with the Razorhawks. [16]
September:
- During Thunderhead's attack on the city, helped stop numerous small time crooks using the attack as a distraction for robberies.[17]
1997
Early August:
- While on patrol, was thought to have been killed by police over the Gaines River.[18]
November 7:
- Captured the Junkman who was attempting to rob the AstroBank Tower again.[19]
Mid-November:
- Stopped the Brass Monkey's robbery attempt at the Roofgarden Restaurant during a charity dinner.[20]
December:
- Dealt with a hostage situation at the Robinson Hotel.[21]

- Found out the Underlord's true identity and tracked him down. Probably happened in 1989-1990.[22]
